AdvanceShipping (Ash x May) Discussion thread~

Hallow, and welcome to the AdvanceShipping thread! ;D

Advanceshipping, or AaMayL (Ash and May Love), or SatoHaru in Japan, is the general belief that Ash (or Satoshi in Japan) and May (or Haruka in Japan) from the Pokemon anime are a couple, or at the very least, they should, and hopefully will be. If you are an AdvanceShipper, then what are you waiting for, join the family of AdvanceShippers! If you're not then, read the rules and join the discussion! You're definitely going to like it! =D

1. Obviously, all of the Pokemon World Forums apply here

2. Flaming and Bashing will not be tolerated.

At least every post should be primarily about Ash and May.

5. Quality Posts over Quantity Posts.

6. Advertising of your own Fanarts, AMVs, etc. is not allowed.
You may, however, mention them.

7. If you ever post a Fanart, please credit the Artist or Website.
If you found it on Google, though, then don't, unless you already know who made it. If you don't, then other members may help you ^.^

8. No debating.
Please, this is a "Discussion" thread, debates are not allowed here.

9. Everybody gets three chances.

Ash / Satoshi / サトシ
A Pokemon Trainer who started his journey to become a Pokemon Master at the age of 10. He participated in the Indigo League, the Orange Islands, the Hoenn League, and is now aiming for the Sinnoh League. Ash is known to be selfless a lot, he is also known to be really determined loyal to his Pokemon, and believes that friendship and hard work will pay off. However, he is also pretty dense...

May / Haruka / ハルカ
A Pokemon Coordinator who started her journey when she became 10 years old. Her goal is to participate in every Pokemon Contest, win ribbons and Grand Contests, and her dream is to become a Top Coordinator. She travelled through the Kanto and Hoenn regions with Ash, Brock and her younger brother Max, and went on her seperate way to Johto to win the contests there.

Here's a question for you all, why do you like AdvanceShipping?

Well AdvanceShipping in my opinion is cute, and is the one with the most chances to happen in the anime, or at least was until May left...
Their chemistry is also good, and they trust each other alot; and May feels like she 'owes' to Ash for her change, he taught her to love her Pokemon instead of hating them, and to train hard with them, and that it'll pay off sooner or later.
They also have lots of things in common (Squirtle; Fully evolved Fire Type starters; fully evolved grass starters; both have the first Pokemon they caught evolved to the 2nd Stage, the list goes on).

To get thinks started...
I like there pair alot...They look cute together.They have a lot of hints in Episodes like Get The Show on The Road!,Love at First Flight,The Bicker The Better and Home is Where The Start is and some others...And Movie 9 was a legend...Filled with shippyness and a lot of hints.Both of them have learned a lot of things from each other and a lot of things in common...Amaterasu showed alot and theres their BIG appetite and both share The Teracotta Ribbon..

I think she will, and probably at the Sinnoh Grand Festival, if there is one, that is. I think that there will be some major/obvious Advanceshipping moments there, too =O Ash and May, sitting underneath a tree; K-I-S-S-I-N-G

Hmm...I don't really now...With Dawn's Grand festival,she might come and there may be Advanceshipping moments Like Amaterasu said.but since she already showed up in Sinnoh for the Wallace cup...i don't think the writers plan on brinnging her back.:|
